📋 Description

  • Oversee day-to-day Athens office ops; support NY remotely.
  • Ensure the office is welcoming and well laid out.
  • Manage office supplies, snacks, swag and provisions.
  • Liaise with building mgmt on maintenance and arrivals.
  • Track office spend; collaborate with Finance on budget.
  • Lead Athens staff social events; connect Greek and US teams.
  • Organise cultural events and support US activities.
  • Design and run global cultural initiatives aligned with goals.
  • Source gifts for milestones and recognitions.
  • Support rollout of people programs (swag, buddy system).
  • Be first point of contact for Greece people queries.
  • Assist onboarding of Athens-based employees.
  • Maintain people content on Confluence, keeping it current.
  • Identify ways to improve processes using automation/AI.
