  • Hybrid role in San Mateo; in-office 3-4 days/wk
  • Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing, hospitality, or office support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Greenhouse ATS experience a plus, but not required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and approachable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
