🎯 Requirements

5+ years designing and delivering corporate learning programs
Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, or Psychology (or equivalent)
Strong instructional design, adult learning, and inclusive practices
Proficient with Microsoft 365; familiar with LMS and analytics
Experience with career development, competency models, and leveling
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and project skills
