🎯 Requirements

  • Around 5+ years in L&D or organizational development roles.
  • End-to-end L&D design and delivery from needs analysis to follow-up.
  • Experience shaping performance frameworks (reviews, calibration) with data.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills with managers and leaders.
  • Comfortable with engagement data and turning numbers into insights.
  • Collaborative, warm, candid style with a bias to sharing work.
