People Data Automation Analyst

📋 Description

• Automate manual data analytics and reporting using our engineering stack.
• Gather, report and analyze data for Exec Reviews and ad-hoc deep dives.
• Prepare reporting and slide-ready data exports for Exec Reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and document datasets.
• Build and automate recurring reporting from existing frameworks.
• Partner with data warehouse teams to improve data accuracy and lineage.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in analytics roles (data analysis/BI/engineering/consulting) at a high-growth org.
• High-performing, dependable, rigorous in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
• Strong SQL expertise; write production queries, build ETLs, validate data.
• Comfortable cleaning/joining/validating multi-source datasets; communicate data limits.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; prepare slide-ready charts for leadership.
• Partner with non-technical stakeholders; translate questions into data requirements.
