- Own platform reliability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency
- Develop canonical People data models (lifecycle, headcount, attrition)
- Establish data quality checks, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Uphold data governance, access controls, and privacy (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2)
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, data engineering, or People Analytics with owned data models
- Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse) and Power BI
- Strong SQL and data transformation; dimensional modeling
- Experience working with Workday data in analytics context
- Translate business questions into trusted datasets and scalable metrics
- Experience in SaaS or global multi-country environments preferred
