Compensation audits to align payroll, benefits, and equity data.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for HR metrics and trends.
Support salary benchmarking with data-driven inputs for Talent Acquisition.
Support monthly/quarterly compensation and HR KPI monitoring.
Collaborate with BI/finance to gather data; use Excel/SQL/Tableau/Power BI.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years in a data-heavy role (HR/Compensation/Data Analyst).
Excel expert with advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/Index-Match/Pivot).
BI tools familiarity (Tableau/Power BI) for basic reports.
C&B experience and benchmarking knowledge.
Proactive team player; handles quick-turnaround data requests and confidential data.
Fluent English; able to present data clearly.
