📋 Description

  • Partner with frontline managers on performance management, coaching, and employee relations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years HR experience; at least 1 year in a client-facing HR role.
  • Proven track record partnering with managers on performance management and ER issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven solutions.
  • Experience applying policies to determine action recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech or large-scale orgs; project management skills.
