🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years HR experience; at least 1 year in a client-facing HR role.
- Proven track record partnering with managers on performance management and ER issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven solutions.
- Experience applying policies to determine action recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in fast-paced tech or large-scale orgs; project management skills.
