🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years HR experience; 2-3 years in client-facing HR roles (HRBP/ER)
  • Experience partnering with managers on performance, coaching, employee relations, culture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data
  • Experience applying policies to determine actions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican employment law
