🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years HR experience; 2-3 years in client-facing HR roles (HRBP/ER)
- Experience partnering with managers on performance, coaching, employee relations, culture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data
- Experience applying policies to determine actions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Mexican employment law
