Partner with frontline managers on people topics: performance, coaching, career, ER, leveling, inclusion
Advise managers on Stripe People policies with team and counsel
Collaborate with People Partners on org strategy and reorganizations
Roll out key People programs: reviews, pay cycles, surveys
Analyze org health trends; track key people data
Ensure excellent employee experience through lifecycle, incl. departures
Work with legal counsel to ensure local labor compliance

🎯 Requirements

5+ years HR experience; 2-3 years in client-facing HR roles (HRBP/ER)
Experience partnering with managers on performance, coaching, employee relations, culture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data
Experience applying policies to determine actions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Mexican employment law
