  • Strong coach and trusted advisor to leaders with clarity, influence, and sound judgment
  • Thrive in ambiguity and can build structure, strategy, and scalable processes
  • Compelling communicator who drives alignment, enables change, and builds trust
  • Use data and insights to inform workforce strategy, anticipate talent needs, and shape plans
