- Senior HR business partner with global, matrixed tech org experience.
- Experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and capability uplift.
- Strong advisory partner to CTO, CPO, and CISO.
- Engagement analytics and performance management expertise.
- Global employment law knowledge; CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
