📋 Description

  • Act as strategic HR partner to Engineering, Product, Data, and Security leadership.
  • Align people strategy with the R&D roadmap, org design, and delivery priorities.
  • Partner with CTO, CPO, and CISO to align org design with product/tech/security goals.
  • Drive high-performance culture and a data-driven, change-ready organization.
  • Provide commercially grounded people guidance and trusted advisory to senior technical leaders.
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning across global tech teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Senior HR business partner with global, matrixed tech org experience.
  • Experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and capability uplift.
  • Strong advisory partner to CTO, CPO, and CISO.
  • Engagement analytics and performance management expertise.
  • Global employment law knowledge; CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
