📋 Description

• Own core PBP responsibilities for an assigned Product group, independently.
• Guide managers on performance, workforce planning, employee relations, and coaching.
• Execute key People programs with consistency and follow-through.
• Use data and trends to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Partner with People Ops, TA, Finance, and others to deliver programs.
• Make sound decisions within guidelines and escalate high-risk issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• 5+ years HR exp, 3+ as PBP or similar in tech/high-growth.
• Strong HR: employee relations, performance, workforce planning, compliance.
• Data-driven: use data/trends to inform recommendations.
• Excellent communicator; collaborates with managers; maintains confidentiality.
• Proactive in developing PBP skills and sharing best practices.
