  • Own PBP responsibilities for Product client group, managing day-to-day work independently.
  • Guide managers on performance, workforce planning, employee relations, coaching.
  • Execute key People programs (performance cycles, surveys, talent processes).
  • Use data and trends to inform recommendations and decisions.
  • Partner with People Ops, TA, Finance to deliver People programs.
  • Support organizational changes by implementing management best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • 5+ years HR experience, incl. 3+ years as PBP in tech/high-growth.
  • Core HR disciplines: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance.
  • Produces high-quality, reliable work with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communicates clearly with managers and employees; sets expectations and follows through.
  • Comfortable using data and trends to inform recommendations.
