π― Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- 5+ years HR experience, incl. 3+ years as PBP in tech/high-growth.
- Core HR disciplines: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance.
- Produces high-quality, reliable work with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Communicates clearly with managers and employees; sets expectations and follows through.
- Comfortable using data and trends to inform recommendations.
