π― Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- 5+ years HR experience, including at least 3 years as a PBP in tech/high-growth.
- Strong HR foundation: employee relations, performance mgmt, workforce planning, and compliance.
- Delivers high-quality, reliable work with attention to detail and multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator with managers and employees; sets expectations and follows through.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, confidentiality, and knows when to escalate.
