  • Own core PBP duties for an assigned Product client group within policies.
  • Guide managers on performance management, workforce planning, and coaching.
  • Run key People programs (performance cycles, surveys, talent processes) reliably.
  • Use data and trends to inform recommendations and manager decisions.
  • Partner with People Ops, TA, Finance, and other teams to deliver programs.
  • Support org changes by implementing management best practices in Product.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • 5+ years HR experience, including at least 3 years as a PBP in tech/high-growth.
  • Strong HR foundation: employee relations, performance mgmt, workforce planning, and compliance.
  • Delivers high-quality, reliable work with attention to detail and multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator with managers and employees; sets expectations and follows through.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, confidentiality, and knows when to escalate.
