📋 Description

• Own core People Business Partner responsibilities for a Product client group.
• Advise managers on performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Run key People programs like performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent processes.
• Use data, trends, and stakeholder insights to inform recommendations and support manager decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and others.
• Support organizational changes by implementing management best practices within Product.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• 5+ years HR experience; 3+ in PBP or similar (tech/high-growth).
• Strong foundation in employee relations, performance, planning, and compliance.
• Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Clear communicator; sets expectations with managers and employees.
• Data-driven; uses trends to inform People decisions; cross-functional.
