π― Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- 5+ years HR, incl. 3+ years as PBP or similar in tech/high-growth.
- Strong HR disciplines: employee relations, performance, planning, compliance.
- High-quality work, attention to detail, multi-task capable.
- Clear, effective communicator with managers and employees.
- Comfortable using data to inform basic People decisions.
