📋 Description

• Own PBP responsibilities for assigned Product group within policies.
• Guide managers on performance, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Execute core People programs with consistency and follow-through.
• Use data and trends to inform recommendations for managers.
• Partner with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and others.
• Support organizational changes within the Product org.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• 5+ years HR, incl. 3+ years as PBP or similar in tech/high-growth.
• Strong HR disciplines: employee relations, performance, planning, compliance.
• High-quality work, attention to detail, multi-task capable.
• Clear, effective communicator with managers and employees.
• Comfortable using data to inform basic People decisions.
