People Business Partner, Product

📋 Description

• Own core PBP responsibilities for an assigned Product group; manage day-to-day work independently.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, coaching, and People initiatives rollout.
• Execute key People programs—such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent processes—with consistency and follow-through.
• Use data, trends, and stakeholder insights to inform recommendations and support manager decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other teams to deliver People programs.
• Support organizational and structural changes by helping implement management best practices and change initiatives within Product.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a People Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a technology or high-growth environment.
• Strong grounding in core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Produces high-quality, reliable work with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with managers and employees; sets expectations, follows through, and adjusts messaging to the audience.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and knows when to escalate.
• Buil ds trust quickly through responsiveness, consistency, and fairness.
• Comfortable using data and trends to inform basic recommendations and support People decisions.
