🎯 Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- 5+ years HR experience, including 3+ years as a PBP in tech/high-growth.
- Strong grounding in employee relations, performance, workforce planning, and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Clear, effective communicator; sets expectations and tailors messaging.
- Builds trust; maintains confidentiality; escalates when needed.
