- 5+ years as HRBP or related HR role, preferably in fast-growing tech.
- Ability to pivot from strategic program design to day to day needs.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; HRIS experience (Workday bonus).
- Experience across functions with frontline and senior leadership.
- Strong project management with clear, process oriented approach.
- Knowledge of global employment practices and employee relations.
