  • Represent the global PBP team with employees and leadership.

  • 5+ years as HRBP or related HR role, preferably in fast-growing tech.
  • Ability to pivot from strategic program design to day to day needs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; HRIS experience (Workday bonus).
  • Experience across functions with frontline and senior leadership.
  • Strong project management with clear, process oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of global employment practices and employee relations.
