🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years as HRBP or related HR role, preferably in tech.
  • Able to shift from strategic programs to day-to-day needs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; HRIS experience (Workday bonus).
  • Experience across functions with frontline and senior leadership.
  • Excellent project management and process design; detail-oriented.
  • Experience in employee relations and global employment practices.
