  • Serve as thought partner and advisor to the CTO and Engineering Managers, helping shape long-term organizational design and health
  • Translate business and technical strategy into clear people and org implications, proactively identifying risks and opportunities

  • 8+ years of People Partnering with engineering or tech orgs
  • Experience partnering with C-level/senior executives (CTO, VP Eng)
  • Led org design/transformation in high-growth or complex settings
  • Influenced senior leaders and drove change in ambiguous, high-stakes situations
  • Deep understanding of what great engineering orgs look like (structure, leadership)
  • Strong business acumen; connect people strategy to outcomes
  • Clear, concise communicator; simplify topics and align stakeholders
  • Experience exploring AI tools in HR contexts
