- 8+ years of People Partnering with engineering or tech orgs

- Led org design/transformation in high-growth or complex settings
- Influenced senior leaders and drove change in ambiguous, high-stakes situations
- Deep understanding of what great engineering orgs look like (structure, leadership)
- Strong business acumen; connect people strategy to outcomes
- Clear, concise communicator; simplify topics and align stakeholders
- Experience exploring AI tools in HR contexts
