  • Proven experience partnering with C-level or senior executives (CTO, VP Eng).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead org design and transformation in high-growth environments.
  • Strong track record influencing senior leaders in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
  • Deep understanding of what great looks like in engineering orgs: structure, talent, leadership.
  • Exceptional judgment and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
