🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across People Business Partnering or related roles in engineering teams.
- Proven experience partnering with C-level or senior executives (CTO, VP Eng).
- Demonstrated ability to lead org design and transformation in high-growth environments.
- Strong track record influencing senior leaders in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
- Deep understanding of what great looks like in engineering orgs: structure, talent, leadership.
- Exceptional judgment and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
