  • Own onboarding: Buddy, 30/60-day check-ins, swag, surveys; drive improvements.
  • Manage Culture Amp survey cycle: drafting questions, analyzing results, action planning.
  • Facilitate 360 feedback and manager development program.
  • Analyze turnover data; quarterly churn reviews; retention recommendations.
  • Guide managers through performance lifecycle: goals, reviews, calibration, PIPs.
  • Serve as trusted first point for employee relations; investigations and conflict resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in HRBP, People Operations, or similar role.
  • End-to-end ownership of onboarding programs or employee experience initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating 360 feedback and manager development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and employee relations best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and engagement platforms β€” Culture Amp strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze HR data and present insights to leadership.
  • Experience building tools with AI and/or Excel for employee-facing materials or analytics.
  • Background in L&D or organizational development; experience supporting office operations a plus.
