π― Requirements
- 3β5+ years in HRBP, People Operations, or similar role.
- End-to-end ownership of onboarding programs or employee experience initiatives.
- Experience facilitating 360 feedback and manager development programs.
- Strong knowledge of performance management and employee relations best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and engagement platforms β Culture Amp strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze HR data and present insights to leadership.
- Experience building tools with AI and/or Excel for employee-facing materials or analytics.
- Background in L&D or organizational development; experience supporting office operations a plus.
