- Experience consulting leaders as a People Business Partner.
- Broad HR knowledge across talent management, ER, EX, compensation, and policy.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented; proficient with G-Suite.
- Strong analytical and project management skills; design clear processes.
- Strong EQ and empathy; balanced and thoughtful judgment.
- Experience as a consultative partner to managers with strong communication.
