- Strong fundamentals in performance management, ER, talent development, and org effectiveness.
- Proven ability to build trust with leaders and act as a thoughtful coach.
- Comfortable guiding teams through change and ambiguity with sound judgment.
- Data-informed mindset using insights to inform people decisions.
