- Fluent in GTM metrics: GDR, NDR, churn, pipeline, quota attainment.
- Proactive partner who reviews data and brings insights before leaders need them.
- Strong credibility with senior leaders; US employment law knowledge; multi-state.
- Hands-on with AI tools and agentic workflows; daily usage.
