  • GTM domain fluency: GDR, NDR, churn, and quota attainment.
  • Proactive partnering instinct; review data and bring insights before leaders ask.
  • Credibility at senior levels; acts as a peer to executives.
  • Data fluency; builds narratives from people data using AI.
