- SaaS or high growth tech experience; understands GTM, CS, and sales metrics.
- GTM domain fluency: GDR, NDR, churn, and quota attainment.
- Proactive partnering instinct; review data and bring insights before leaders ask.
- Credibility at senior levels; acts as a peer to executives.
- Data fluency; builds narratives from people data using AI.
