- Drive onboarding quality and early retention for new joiners.
- Roll out and improve onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding with the senior PBP.
π― Requirements
- Min 5 years in People/HR with ER, talent, and business partnering.
- German employment law and HR practice knowledge.
- Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
- Familiarity with career frameworks and compensation structures.
- Ability to advise and coach managers on everyday people matters.
- Clear and direct communicator in German and English.
