  • Drive onboarding quality and early retention for new joiners.
  • Roll out and improve onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding with the senior PBP.

🎯 Requirements

  • Min 5 years in People/HR with ER, talent, and business partnering.
  • German employment law and HR practice knowledge.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
  • Familiarity with career frameworks and compensation structures.
  • Ability to advise and coach managers on everyday people matters.
  • Clear and direct communicator in German and English.
