Partner with business leaders to translate needs into people strategies
Support workforce planning, org design, and team structure for growth
Coach managers on performance management and development conversations
Guide employee relations with ER & Compliance to ensure timely resolutions
Deliver core HR programs like engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and talent planning
Use people data and engagement insights to identify trends and improve retention

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–7 years as a People Partner
Strong knowledge of HR: ER, recruiting, performance, engagement
Familiarity with U.S. employment law; CA knowledge a plus
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR platforms
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
