🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as strategic partner
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred; tech exp a plus
  • Proven track record of process improvement
  • SHRM-CP / SPHR or PHR certifications preferred
