🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as strategic partner
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Healthcare industry experience preferred; tech exp a plus
- Proven track record of process improvement
- SHRM-CP / SPHR or PHR certifications preferred
