- Rotations include Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HRIS, Benefits, and Compliance.
- Participate in mentorship and guidance from People leaders and program staff.
- Carry out system-based processes and maintain HRIS records.
- Support teammates with questions on payroll, policies, and compliance.

- Interest in human resources function.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fanatical attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables) preferred.
