  • Strong HR generalist foundation; spot issues, ask the right questions, avoid noise.
  • Builder's instinct: form a hypothesis, draft, get feedback, iterate.
  • Analytically sharp; Excel/Sheets and HRIS/BI tools.
  • Excellent written communication; crisp memos and framework docs.
  • Comfortable owning projects from first principles to delivery.
