- Builder's instinct: form a hypothesis, draft, get feedback, iterate.
- Analytically sharp; Excel/Sheets and HRIS/BI tools.
- Excellent written communication; crisp memos and framework docs.
- Comfortable owning projects from first principles to delivery.
