π― Requirements
- Currently pursuing an MBA or Masters in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical capability with structured data to generate insights.
- Advanced Excel; experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization is a plus.
- Experience completing outcome driven analytical projects in academics, consulting, or internships.
- Ability to translate data into clear narratives and present findings to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership; able to independently scope and execute defined work with guidance.
- Interest in organizational design and compensation strategy for high growth companies.
