  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis for pay decisions and leveling strategy.
  • Build dashboards for headcount, retention, and org health trends.
  • Support job architecture and leveling projects to improve clarity and equity.
  • Develop analyses or models such as incentive modeling, pay equity, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with Finance and leadership to drive measurable impact.
  • Report to the Director of People Strategy and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or Masters in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical capability with structured data to generate insights.
  • Advanced Excel; experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization is a plus.
  • Experience completing outcome driven analytical projects in academics, consulting, or internships.
  • Ability to translate data into clear narratives and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership; able to independently scope and execute defined work with guidance.
  • Interest in organizational design and compensation strategy for high growth companies.
