People Analytics & Insights Analyst

📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards for data integrity and usability.
• Support recurring reporting: pull data, validate results, and summarize insights.
• Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests to answer workforce questions.
• Run ongoing data quality checks and resolve issues.
• Partner with People Ops on scheduled data audits and follow-ups.
• Support employee listening programs and survey data analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or social science field, or 2–4 years' equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau with experience building and maintaining dashboards.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or scripting languages like Python or R (a plus).
• Solid SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and validating data.
• Experience with HR data and systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar HRIS/ATS).
• Business-level fluency to read, write, and speak English.
