- Define, document, and standardize key people metrics for reporting.
- Build and maintain a metric dictionary for the single source of truth.
- Partner with data engineers to enforce data quality in the pipeline.
- Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies across HR systems.
- Design and maintain Looker/Hex dashboards for HR insights.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in data analysis, preferably HR/people analytics
- Strong SQL on a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred)
- BI dashboards experience (Looker, Hex, or equivalents)
- Demonstrated ownership of data quality and prevention processes
- Strong communication to explain data findings to HR stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS data (Workday/BambooHR/Deel) preferred
