• Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows, moving from PoC to production-ready adoption.
• Translate People challenges into clear, usable, balanced solutions.
• Evaluate tools and vendors; propose practical, risk-aware approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in HR tech, people analytics, digital transformation, automation.
• You write scripts, work with APIs, and build prototypes using AI tools.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with impact.
• Self-starter who thrives in gray areas; if no playbook, you write it.
• Strong understanding of HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
• Deep interest in LLMs and AI agents; have built things with real impact.
