📋 Description

• Define the AI in HR playbook: scripts, templates, and scalable processes.
• Shadow COEs (TA, PBP, People Ops) to observe workflows and build what they need.
• Rapidly prototype AI tools and vibe code solutions to prove concepts before full build.
• Design, build, test, and implement AI enabled workflows from PoC to production adoption.
• Translate People related challenges into clear usable solutions balancing effectiveness and risk.
• Evaluate tools and vendors; build PoCs and recommend practical approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR technology, people analytics, digital transformation, automation, or related fields.
• You have the technical chops to write scripts, work with APIs, and build functional prototypes using modern AI tools.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross functional initiatives with meaningful impact.
• You are a self starter who thrives in the gray area; if a playbook does not exist, you write it.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and systems across the employee lifecycle.
• Deep, practical interest in LLMs and AI agents; you built things that had real impact.
