- Serve as trusted advisor to Executive Directors and leadership on people strategy.
- Partner with leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies (succession, staffing).
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to anticipate hiring needs and risks.
- Build and promote People tools (supervisor scorecards, dashboards) for accountability.
- Translate engagement data and KPIs into action plans to improve retention.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s and HR certs preferred; healthcare exp preferred.
- 7+ years HR/People experience advising leaders in multi-site or complex environments.
- Proven ability to coach leaders and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
- Experience using HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions.
- Skilled in change management, guiding leaders through ambiguity and growth.
- Ability to travel as needed.
