📋 Description

  • Serve as trusted advisor to Executive Directors and leadership on people strategy.
  • Partner with leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies (succession, staffing).
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to anticipate hiring needs and risks.
  • Build and promote People tools (supervisor scorecards, dashboards) for accountability.
  • Translate engagement data and KPIs into action plans to improve retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s and HR certs preferred; healthcare exp preferred.
  • 7+ years HR/People experience advising leaders in multi-site or complex environments.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
  • Experience using HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • Skilled in change management, guiding leaders through ambiguity and growth.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
