📋 Description

  • Partner with Executive Directors and leaders to shape people strategy and culture.
  • Translate engagement data, turnover trends, and KPIs into workforce plans.
  • Develop succession plans, staffing models, and leadership development priorities.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Performance to strengthen supervisor capability.
  • Support leaders in interpreting engagement results to improve retention.
  • Act as a connector between centers/clients and the People team.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and HR certifications preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience across multi-site environments.
  • Ability to coach senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Strong workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development expertise.
  • Experience using data and HR metrics to inform decisions.
  • Change management skills; travel as needed.
