- Partner with Executive Directors and leaders to shape people strategy and culture.
- Translate engagement data, turnover trends, and KPIs into workforce plans.
- Develop succession plans, staffing models, and leadership development priorities.
- Collaborate with Learning & Performance to strengthen supervisor capability.
- Support leaders in interpreting engagement results to improve retention.
- Act as a connector between centers/clients and the People team.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and HR certifications preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience across multi-site environments.
- Ability to coach senior leaders without direct authority.
- Strong workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development expertise.
- Experience using data and HR metrics to inform decisions.
- Change management skills; travel as needed.
