  • Fluency in Dutch and English; strong written and verbal comms.
  • Experience managing complex ER cases: perf, absence, grievance, discipline.
  • Translate legal requirements into clear business solutions.
  • Interpersonal/influencing skills; comfortable in a multinational, matrix setup.
