π― Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law with ER/HR advisory experience.
- Background as a People/HR Advisor or employee relations role.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; strong written and verbal comms.
- Experience managing complex ER cases: perf, absence, grievance, discipline.
- Translate legal requirements into clear business solutions.
- Interpersonal/influencing skills; comfortable in a multinational, matrix setup.
