π― Requirements
- Proven experience handling employee relations and performance-related conversations with exceptional judgment and clear, straightforward communication.
- A solid understanding of UK employment law and applying it adaptably in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural coaching and influencing style that builds trust and challenges stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, pragmatic approach to problem-solving with the ability to link daily people initiatives to wider goals.
- Absolute discretion, psychological maturity, and integrity when dealing with private or sensitive information.
- A Level 7 CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience in a similar professional environment.
