Act as primary ER contact for UK, Germany, Poland, Australia.
Provide end-to-end ER management per policy and employment law.
Coach leaders on performance, absence, grievances and discipline.
Deliver training to improve ER capability and accountability.
Analyze ER trends and metrics with HR partners to drive solutions.
Collaborate with Employment Legal and People Partners on ER risk and resolution.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in ER in the UK and at least one other EMEA market.
Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments; shift-based teams.
Credible, proactive, trusted partner with integrity.
Collaborative, able to build relationships at all levels.
Resilient under pressure with strong judgment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
