📋 Description

• Strategic leadership to design cross-program compliance strategies.
• Anticipate regulatory trends across health benefits, workers’ comp, unemployment, disability.
• Guide policy development and scalable controls.
• Lead complex, multi-state compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Operations to translate policy into action.
• Mentor team and share compliance best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in benefits compliance, insurance regulation, or related field with multi-employer experience.
• Experience with regulated insurance products at scale (multi-state health, multi-employer, agency compliance).
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, market conduct rules, licensing, and anti-rebating laws.
• Experience navigating complex or consolidated business models.
• Ability to conduct regulatory research and interpret statutes and guidance.
• Proven collaboration with Product/Operations to inform product design from a compliance view.
