Peloton is seeking a Studio Experience Lead to cover maternity leave at our London studio. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for delivering a world-class guest experience and managing studio operations during the mat cover period.

Responsibilities

\n- Lead daily studio operations and guest experience to ensure Peloton standards are met.
\n- Manage front-of-house staffing, scheduling, and training; act as the main point of contact during mat cover.
\n- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming studio environment; oversee equipment readiness and class logistics.
\n- Collaborate with instructors and studio leadership to optimize class flow and member satisfaction.
\n- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly; uphold Peloton brand and service standards.
\n- Monitor inventory and store/merchandising to support a premium member experience.

Qualifications
\n
\n- 2+ years in studio or hospitality operations or guest experience with leadership experience.
\n- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
\n- Flexible availability, including weekends/evenings.
\n- Passion for Peloton and fitness; customer-centric mindset.
