Sr. Tooling Engineer at Peloton
Peloton is seeking a Senior Tooling Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing tooling and processes to scale Peloton’s hardware production. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to deliver robust tooling solutions, manage tooling BOMs, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, validate, and maintain manufacturing tooling and fixtures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tooling efficiency and reduce cycle times
- Lead DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and tool failures investigations
- Manage tooling supplier relationships and procurement
- Develop tooling roadmaps and cost models; monitor performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of tooling or manufacturing engineering experience
- Proficiency with CAD tools and tooling design for high-volume production
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
