Partner with product, engineering, supply chain, finance, and regional teams to define program goals, milestones, and success metrics.
Monitor program health, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate where needed and drive effective mitigation plans.
Develop and maintain program governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Identify process improvements to scale operations and optimize resources.

Qualifications

8+ years of program management or operations experience in fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management across multi-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with execution rigor and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
