Overview

Peloton is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our hardware engineering team in Taichung City, Taiwan. You will contribute to the development of Peloton's next-generation hardware, focusing on mechanical design, reliability, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design from concept to production for Peloton hardware products.
Develop 3D CAD models and drawings, perform tolerance analysis, and support prototyping and testing.
Collaborate with electrical, industrial design, and product teams to ensure robust, manufacturable solutions.
Own design for manufacturability, reliability testing, and DFM/DFX activities.
Specify components, materials, and manufacturing processes; support supplier development and qualification.
Perform failure analysis and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

8+ years of mechanical engineering experience in hardware product development.
Proficient in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and 3D modeling.
Strong understanding of materials, tolerances, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with design for manufacturability, reliability testing, and FMEA.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
