Peloton is seeking a Senior Manager, Team Member Relations to lead the employee relations function across the organization. This on-site role based in New York, NY will partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to develop policies, investigate complex issues, coach managers, and ensure fair treatment and policy compliance.

Job Overview

As the Senior Manager, Team Member Relations, you will oversee investigations, advise on performance and conduct matters, and drive programs that promote engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop, interpret, and apply company policies and procedures.
• Coach and advise managers on difficult conversations and performance issues.
• Partner with Legal, HR, and business leaders to resolve escalations in a timely, compliant manner.
• Design programs to prevent workplace issues and improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR, Employee Relations, or related field.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
