Job Description
Peloton is seeking a Showroom Manager for our Denver showroom to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role will oversee a team of showroom ambassadors, manage inventory and product merchandising, coordinate events, and partner with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily showroom operations and guest experience
- Hire, train, and coach showroom ambassadors
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain showroom displays, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising
- Plan events, product demonstrations, and classes
- Ensure safety and compliance in the showroom
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail showroom management or equivalent
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate a team and drive results
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
