Peloton is hiring a Sales Manager, Consumer to lead consumer sales initiatives in Europe from Berlin, Germany. This is a full-time role focused on growing Peloton's consumer business in the European market.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager, Consumer will develop and execute strategies to grow Peloton's consumer business in Europe, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement consumer sales strategies to drive revenue in Europe.
Manage relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to optimize the customer journey.
Forecast sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
Provide regular reporting on pipeline, win rates, and market feedback.
Represent Peloton in industry events and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of consumer sales experience, preferably in DTC or retail within Europe.
Proven track record for building pipeline and closing deals with key accounts.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English (German is a plus).
Willingness to travel as required.
